Bhutan has always been on my bucket list since forever, so I'm grateful that DrukAsia made this trip not only memorable, but truly unforgettable. Everyone was very responsive, helpful, and attentive throughout the process. The itinerary was also great and thoughtfully planned. I want to give a special shoutout to my guide and driver, Tashi and Acho Tandin, who went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable.

It was a deeply meaningful trip for our family. Bhutan has been on our “bucket list” and we wanted to share this experience with our 10 year old son. Sonam was exceptional in his patience and flexibility when helping us plan and execute our trip. Upon arrival, Lhendrup (Guide) was deeply knowledgeable and was always on hand to help us, none more evident that the tricky descent from Taktsang (Tigers Nest) with our son.

I had a truly wonderful and memorable journey to Bhutan from 26–30 August 2026. Even though it was only a 5D4N trip, it was packed with beautiful experiences and unforgettable memories, all thoughtfully organised by Mr Sangay. Bhutan is simply breathtaking. There were so many “wow” moments, especially the spectacular mountains, valleys and landscapes along the way.

A few things you might be wondering.

March to May brings spring flowers and pleasant valley walks. September to November is popular for clearer mountain views and festivals. December to February can be rewarding for quieter stays and crisp days, especially in the western valleys. Your specialist can match the season to your interests.

Seven to eight days gives you a comfortable introduction to Paro, Thimphu and Punakha. Allow ten to fourteen days to add Gangtey or Bumthang without rushing, or to spend more time at your lodges. We'll balance your available time with the driving involved.

Most international adults currently pay US$100 per person per night. Children aged 6 to 11 pay US$50, and children under 6 are exempt. The discounted international rate is valid until 31 August 2027. Indian nationals have a separate rate. Your quote will show the SDF applicable to your nationality and dates.

Yes. Druk Asia is Drukair's official General Sales Agent in Singapore and can coordinate your Bhutan flight booking alongside your itinerary. From the US and Europe, you'll connect through a gateway such as Bangkok, Delhi or Kathmandu. Tell us your departure city so we can suggest a sensible route and connection buffer.

For spring, autumn, festivals and specific suites or villas, begin planning six to twelve months ahead. Quieter dates may be possible with less notice. Enquire early if your dates or preferred lodges are fixed, so we can check availability before you book connecting flights.

No. The hike is optional and involves a sustained uphill walk and steps at altitude. We can suggest gentler valley walks, temples, cultural visits and extra lodge time. Tell us about your walking comfort and any mobility needs while we plan.

Absolutely. You can stay with one brand across several valleys or combine Amankora, Six Senses, COMO Uma, Taj, Zhiwaling Heritage and Pemako. We'll help you weigh the setting, room category, facilities and journey time for each choice.

We'll itemise your selected accommodation and room category, meal arrangements, private guiding, vehicle, transfers, agreed sightseeing, visa arrangements and SDF. Flights, specialist dining, spa treatments and other optional experiences are quoted separately unless explicitly included. Your proposal also sets out payment and cancellation terms.
